Terms and Conditions - VIE Institute of Education (Tarathpora)
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of and access to the services provided by VIE Institute of Education ("School").
By enrolling your child or accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Enrollment:

b. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in the suspension of services.
c. All tuition and fees paid to the School are non-refundable, except as outlined in the School's refund policy.

a. Students are expected to adhere to the School's code of conduct, which promotes respect, integrity, and positive behavior.
b. Any violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, counseling, suspension, or expulsion.
4. Academic Policies:
a. The School follows a comprehensive curriculum designed to meet educational standards and promote intellectual growth.
b. Students are expected to actively participate in all academic activities, complete assignments, and meet academic requirements as determined by the School.
c. Progress reports and assessments will be provided to parents/guardians periodically to track the student's academic performance.
5. Health and Safety:
a. The School maintains a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.
b. Parents/guardians must promptly inform the School of any relevant health or medical information concerning their child.
c. The School reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including seeking medical attention, in case of emergencies or illness.
6. Communication:
a. The School will communicate important information, updates, and notices to parents/guardians through various channels, including email, newsletters, and the School's website.
b. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate contact information and regularly checking communication channels for updates.
7. Intellectual Property:
a. All intellectual property, including but not limited to curriculum materials, logos, and trademarks, belong to the School.
b. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying any intellectual property without the School's written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability:
a. The School is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or any interruptions or errors in service.
b. The School is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
9. Amendments:
a. The School reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at its discretion.
b. Changes will be communicated to parents/guardians through appropriate channels.
10. Governing Law:
